Our design manager, Brian, recently finished an impressive 3D drawing of the corridor expansion for Children's Hospital Westmead. Using Tekla, this advanced software allows us to dive into the details of design, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and minimal waste.

The corridor widening, though ordinary to the casual viewer, requires 68 tons of steel—a testament to its scale and importance. Fabrication is now underway in our workshop, where every weld, cut, and measurement speaks volumes about our commitment to excellence.

It's easy to overlook the behind-the-scenes work involved in construction projects. Yet, these structures form the foundation of what we rely on daily.

Icon Metal is proud to have built the backbone of hospitals, concert halls, and commercial buildings for the past 35 years, guided by our core values of safety, collaboration, and excellence. We remain committed to upholding these principles as we continue to shape the built environment for generations to come.
