We were delighted to host Mental Health Movement Pty Ltd’s Alisha McGregor and Carys Arthur for the next stage of our workplace mental health program. Fifteen of our supervisors and managers have now completed the Mental Health Response Training – a full day course that teaches participants to spot the signs of deteriorating mental health and offer the appropriate level of support to those in need.

Alongside formal training it’s essential to nurture a workplace culture that is stigma-free and recognises that ‘OK’ looks different for everybody, something that we are actively working towards every day. This focus remains critical in an industry where poor mental health outcomes are stubbornly high, and we are grateful to MHM for their ongoing guidance and support.
